Just Stand Firm Ministries founder, Larry Leak, is currently employed as a Re-entry Employment Instructor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Hampden County Sheriff’s Department (HCSD).

Larry teaches employment to the men, and women in the HCSD facilities, and provides them with the necessary skills so that they will get employment as they reenter into society.

Larry is an Associate Minister at Harvest Fellowship Church in Springfield Massachusetts under the leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. James L. Gill Jr.

In addition, Larry also teaches a class called Men’s Leadership Group (MLG). MLG is a 10 week course (four 10 week cycles per year), where he instructs the men in the facilities Leadership and Character Development skills. He deals with such topics as: Effective Leadership, Character, Integrity, Trust, Honesty, Accountability, Anger, Pride, Forgiveness, Conflict, Relationships, Fatherhood, Courage, Fear, etc.

Larry has been a leader in Men Ministries for over 20 years, and is currently a speaker for the National Men’s Ministry, Iron Sharpens Iron.
